Interbrand has released its highly regarded and closely followed Best Global Brand 2013 chart, crowning Apple as the most valuable brand in the world. It’s the first time since the annual measure was created 13 years ago that Coca-Cola has been knocked off the top spot – the soft drinks giant slipped to third, with Google taking second place.

It’s great to see Donegal’s Fanad Lighthouse on this list of the world’s most beautiful lighthouses. We’re excited by its upcoming renovation and plans for a coffee and craft shop and look forward to the day that this impressive structure is open to the public. It’s exactly the kind of development required to boost tourism in the county.
